Join us for BIPOC Thursdays at Brooklyn Apple Academy, led by the beloved and experienced Gerardo Ramirez!
Here's what makes our program special:
Strong BIPOC Representation: Experience a 1:4 teacher-student ratio with a BIPOC staff, fostering a safe and inclusive environment. Your child will learn alongside 85% BIPOC peers.
Nature Connection and Exploration: Most days contain with 1-3 hours exploring Prospect Park or playing in the local playground, sparking curiosity and a love for the outdoors.
Self-Directed Learning and Play: Mornings at our HQ on 5th Ave are dedicated to student-driven projects and imaginative play. Our well-equipped space features a fabulous art room, woodshop, kitchen, library, and a big room perfect for board games, cozy blanket forts, and energetic dance parties.
Hours: BIPOC Thursdays run from 9:00 AM to 2:45 PM.
